Bridging Course: ILM L5 to L7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Agile Group is delighted to offer the fasttrack ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring programme. Successful candidates will receive a digital token and accreditation at Master's Degree level from the ILM.
Who is this programme for?
This qualification is designed for experienced, senior business people who already mentor or coach, hold an existing Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and are looking to further develop their expertise and credibilitn the fields of Executive or Senior level Coaching and Mentoring with an ILM internationally recognised qualification as a Professional Coach/Mentor at Master's Degree Level.
The ILM Level 7 accreditation has been designed by Agile Group to support those individuals who desire to practice professional coaching and mentoring at the highest level as well as gain a better understanding of how to embed a Coaching or Mentoring culture within any sized organisation.
By obtaining the ILM Level 7, you gain a professional qualification that carries significant credibility in the marketplace. Additionally, you will be exposed to the theories and practices of professional Coaching and Mentoring, enabling you to coach/mentor others, improve results and gain confidence.
